Kykao - Reverse Engineered Rosé - Grape Ale (Greece)

I am going back to my favorite Greek brewer Kykao. This is an experimental Rose beer that I am drinking.
It leans more towards the wine side in terms of color, smell, body and taste. You can think of it however you like.
Organic wine grape skins were used in its production and it was fermented with the microorganisms on these skins.
I can say it tastes like a slightly bitter, full-bodied wine.
It's a different kind of beer, worth trying.
