Yunan Kykao's another experimental beer, Malagouzia, made in 2020. This beer, like Kykao's other produced Rose, but this time fermented from Malagouzia grape skins.
Quite dry beer/wine. The line is quite blurred in this beer too, giving a white wine-like taste.
It is quite enjoyable to drink such experimental beers occasionally and it enhances the palate.
