Central Waters Brewing - Satin Solitude - Imperial Stout (Ale/USA)

Central Waters is a craft beer producer from Wisconsin, a neighboring state of Minnesota. It was established in 1998 and can be considered one of the pioneers of the craft beer movement in America. Currently, they have two taprooms of their own.
Imperial Stout beers are intense, sweet, and have flavors of chocolate and coffee, with high alcohol content. However, I didn't particularly enjoy Central Waters' Imperial Stout. I couldn't find the flavors, consistency, and malt character I was looking for, and it tasted too bitter for me. The alcohol content is also below standard.

Dark Crops Brewery - Freezing Moon - Imperial Stout (Ale/Greece)

Dark Crops is a Greek craft beer producer. I had previously tried their double IPA.
Unfortunately, Freezing Moon was a beer without much head, which might be because it was stale, but I'm not sure. However, without much head, it lost a great part of its appeal. The taste was generally good. It had the sweet and coffee/chocolate flavors that an Imperial Stout should have. I could have liked it even more if it had more head.

Left Hand Brewing - Galactic Cowboy - Imperial Stout (Ale/USA)

A very nice Imperial Stout. It's full-bodied, strong with nitrogenated foam, and truly delivers as an imperial.
