Boulevard Brewing - Chocolate Ale - American Strong Ale (USA)

Boulevard, founded in 1988, is a craft beer producer based in Kansas and one of my favorites.
Chocolate Ale is actually one of the types I hesitate to buy. Chocolate and coffee flavors usually overpower the taste of the beer and you cannot taste anything else while drinking it. Boulevard seems to have achieved this better with Chocolate Ale. The chocolate flavor does not overpower the beer. Cocoa beans and vanilla were used in the making of the beer. However, I believe the vanilla used is synthetic, which leaves a taste in your mouth that doesn't feel natural. Successful for a chocolate beer, but not very good as a beer overall.

Boulevard Brewing - Tank 7 - Farmhouse Ale (USA)

From one of my favorite breweries in the US, a beer that I really like, Tank 7.
Tank 7, which is also known as Farmhouse Ale, is the American version of the Belgian Saison. It is a high alcohol, highly aromatic beer that provides refreshment. When I want a light-colored beer with low bitterness and a moderate strength, it is my first choice.
A high alcohol but refreshing beer with great aromas. It's my go-to beer when I need a light-colored strong ale that is not an IPA.
It was luckily available at @jfkbarkitchen in Luxembourg. Highly recommended.

Boulevard Brewing - Bourbon Barrel Quad - Quadrupel (Ale/USA)

One of the best Belgian style beers I have ever tasted. It might be the best Belgian beer made in America.
Aging in barrels adds a special flavor to this beer.
