Ourdaller - Karel - Rye Ale (Luxembourg)

Brasserie Simon's another brand is Ourdaller. Karel is the rye beer of Ourdaller. It is made by combining barley and organic rye malt from Luxembourg.
Karel was a bit too fizzy. After the fizziness settled down, I could taste it better. It is a beer with very light flavors, reminiscent of a wheat beer.

Okult - Blanche - Wheat (Ale/Luxembourg)

From Luxembourg, Brasserie Simon's another brand, Okult.
Okult has 3 types of beer, the most consumed one of them being Blanche.
Blanche is an organic and unfiltered Belgian wheat beer. It also contains orange peel and coriander. It has a light taste but gives very nice floral aromas, a very delicious beer that will relieve the summer heat.

Simon - Pils - German Pils (Lager/Luxembourg)

Simon's standard pilsner, Pils.
The most interesting thing about this beer is actually its bottle, because it's not glass, it's made of aluminum. Aluminum cans actually protect the beer better than glass, but they are not popular in Turkey and are considered lower quality compared to glass.
As for the beer, it is a mildly bitter beer. I guess if I had to choose between this and Simon Regal, my preference would be Regal.

Simon - IPA - English IPA (Ale/Luxembourg)

Simon IPA is a mild IPA that offers fruity flavors without much bitterness. Don't expect the intense bitterness and dominant flavors typically found in American IPAs. It's a nice beer, but the expectations are a bit different when you hear IPA.

Simon - Régal - Pale Lager (Luxembourg)

Another one of the Luxembourg breweries is La Brasserie Simon. They are also the producer of Okult and Ourdaller branded beers in Luxembourg. They mostly produce classic-style beers under the original Simon brand.
Régal, compared to pilsners, has less bitterness and more maltiness, which gives it a fuller and lighter sweet flavor. Additionally, it has a slightly higher alcohol content. Régal aims to provide a more satisfying taste for those who prefer light-colored pilsner beer. It's not particularly within my area of interest, but it is a good beer.

Bare Brewing - Black IPA (Ale/Luxembourg)

One of the rare fusion beers you can find in Turkey. It's a classic stout-style ale with a heavy dose of hops added. A nice, new generation beer. In America, there are many varieties of it, whereas in Europe, you can only find it at some producers who make new generation beers.

Bare Brewing - Kordaller - Pale Ale (Luxembourg)

An unfiltered Pale Ale from Bare Brewing. A bit more full-bodied than Lawn Mower, it's a nicely drinkable beer with a slight bitterness. I particularly liked the aroma. It's named this because it's made in the Kordall region.

Bare Brewing - Lawn Mower - Pale Ale (Luxembourg)

Lawn Mower is described as a light and refreshing beer. There's a note on the can suggesting it's good for quenching your thirst after mowing the lawn. It's a light beer, but with a strong hop presence. However, as soon as I opened the can, it overflowed with too much head, and I lost some of the beer. The beer in the previous can was also overly carbonated. It's an issue that needs to be addressed.

Bare Brewing - White IPA - Wheat IPA (Ale/Luxembourg)

From the Bare Brewing series, the first beer is the White IPA. This beer is a fusion of Belgian-style wheat beer and American IPA style. It was quite bitter, true to the American IPA. It seemed to me that the intensity of the IPA overshadowed the taste of the wheat beer. Still, it was a nice beer.

Totenhopfen Brauhaus - Mahut - Red Ale (Luxembourg)

I thought I had tried all of the beers from Totehhopfen, but I was wrong. There was one left at the bottom of the fridge. I broke the order, but let me add it here as well.
It's the famous Red Ale from Totehhopfen. However, Totehhopfen disappointed me once again. The can labels give me the feeling of tasting a new generation of beers, but the ones I tasted seem bland to me. This beer was the same. It has a British red ale vibe to it. In my opinion, if they made the labels more classic, the expectations and the content would be more harmonious.
While expecting stronger and more flavorful beers, I am getting soft flavors in the style of British Fuller's. Of course, there are people who like it, but just like in wine, the label is very important in creating expectations in beer as well.

Battin - Triple - Tripel (Ale/Luxembourg)

Battin, the beer of Luxembourg, which is a country squeezed between Belgium and Germany, known for its strong beer culture. Its beers also reflect this culture. On one side, there's a straight lager, on the other side, a triple.
Although Battin's Triple is not as good and characterful as Belgian Triples, it's not bad. It can be considered ideal for daily consumption. While it may not be very well-known in its region, it's a beer I would buy from a store in Turkey where Triples are not made.

Blanche is Battin's wheat beer. I must have saved the best beer for last by accident. A classic witbier with beautiful fruit aromas. I think it's as good as Hoegaarden or Weihenstephaner.

Brune, unfortunately, turned out to be a disappointing beer. Despite its high alcohol content, it lacked aroma and I only tasted caramel. It's as if it were produced just to have a dark beer in the lineup.

Established in 1937, Brasserie Battin is the third largest brand in Luxembourg.
A high-alcohol lager with a nice texture. Sweet and nicely foamy.

Totenhopfen Brauhaus - Triple Kveik IPA - Imperial IPA (Ale/Luxembourg)

The latest beer in the Totenhopfen series. My expectations for this beer were high, but I can't say I found what I was hoping for. It's a high-alcohol content, triple IPA beer, which means it's used much more hops than usual. For an IPA, it has very little bitterness, especially for a Triple IPA. It does have aromas, but they are solely focused on apricot and grapefruit, I didn't find much richness. The lack of head also didn't help me enjoy it. It's drinkable, but not a beer that meets the expectations.

Totenhopfen Brauhaus - Svenson - Pale Lager (Luxembourg)

A beer made for Sven, who finds Totenhopfen's beers "normal", and of course, a Lager.
However, don't expect it to taste like a pilsner even though it's a lager. It contains a quite a bit of hops and has intense flavors. However, the alcohol content is lower compared to other beers in the series.
Despite my cautious expectations and aversion to normal beers, this has been my favorite beer from the series so far.

Totenhopfen Brauhaus - Damn, you're... Majestic! - NEIPA (Ale/Luxembourg)

A high-alcohol DDH NEIPA (Double dry hopped New England IPA)
DDH refers to the addition of hops after the fermentation is completed in IPAs, and the double part implies that a substantial quantity of hops is utilized.
This beer has the essence of a citrus cocktail. Despite there being no citrus fruit in it, the use of DDH and being a NEIPA gives it these flavors and aromas. The malt flavor is quite subdued, hence the beer has a low body.

Totenhopfen Brauhaus - Lux Ale Original - Special Bitter (Ale/Luxembourg)

From Luxembourg, the second beer of Totenhopfen, a special bitter.
In this beer, I taste fruity but bitter flavors. It reminds me of grapefruit bitterness, but it's not an IPA. Still, it's a unique beer.

Totenhopfen Brauhaus - Bloodyvlad - English IPA (Ale/Luxembourg)

From Luxembourg's boutique beer producers, Totenhopfen Brauhaus. Its beautiful label design kindles curiosity about the beer even before you taste it.
However, the beer I'm drinking would be illegal to produce and sell in Turkey, because it contains blueberries, blackberries, currants, and raspberries.
Totenhopfen has blended these fruits with a hibiscus-flowered IPA. Making a fruit beer is indeed a challenging task because you need to reflect the aroma of the fruits you add to the beer in the right proportion. Sometimes you can't taste the fruit you've added at all, and sometimes it overpowers the beer too much.
Totenhopfen has loaded this beer with quite a lot of fruit aroma. I struggled to taste the IPA, but from a creativity standpoint, it's a nice beer. Of course, I do wonder how different it would taste if they hadn't used a hibiscus-flowered IPA as the beer base.
