Gara Guzu - Ters Köşe - India Pale Lager (Turkey)

I finally got my hands on Ters Köşe, the latest beer from Gara Guzu that I haven't tried before. It's a beer that, despite not looking like it, gives away its true nature just by its name, without me having to check the label on the bottle.
My initial impression is that it is a light-colored and heavily foamed beer. But when I taste it, it has a strong hop bitterness. I would say it's a highly carbonated IPA.
When you look at the bottle, you will see that this beer is an IPL, which stands for India Pale Lager.
Honestly, I hadn't tried an IPL before. The difference from an ale is that it is more foamy and lighter. The fact that it's called "Ters Köşe" (which means "plot twist" or "unexpected turn" in Turkish) made me expect a light beer because of its light color, but it turned out to be a bitter one.
I think it's a great beer for summer, I recommend it.

Gara Guzu - Weiss Beer - Wheat (Ale/Turkey)

Gara Guzu's last beer that I haven't tried yet, Weiss Bier. Gara Guzu's chart is up and down. While some beers are very good, another beer doesn't meet my expectations. The wheat beer ended up being average.
Frothy and with a nice texture, it's a good beer. However, I didn't like the bitter taste that comes after. It's not a characteristic I've seen in wheat beers. The aroma is also not very strong. If it didn't have a bitter taste, I would say it's a light wheat beer, but it's not.
Honestly, I hadn't tried this many wheat beers until I came to Turkey. Almost half of the foreign beers are wheat beers and there are some really good ones among them. When you drink wheat beer, you naturally compare them to those.
I guess I'll also need to compare and try Turkish wheat beers side by side.

Gara Guzu - Karlı Kayın Ormanı - Dark Ale (Turkey)

Entering winter, on a cool day, I decided to open a beer to give meaning to it, and I drank Gara Guzu's winter beer, Karlı Kayın Ormanı, on a rainy day (Shouldn't it be "Garlı gayın ormanı"?)
Winter Ale is one of the types that I like. Gara Guzu's version was a bit challenging for me to drink. The bitterness of the beer was excessive (not hop bitterness) and I think it was too carbonated. I was expecting a smoother beer.
The alcohol content, color, and density were good. If it is fresh, I will try it again.

Gara Guzu - Blonde Ale (Turkey)

A sweet and spicy ale. The sweetness from the malt and the hunger from the hops have given the beer its ale personality. It's a beer that IPA lovers will also enjoy.

Gara Guzu - Amber Ale (Turkey)

Since Ales are my favorite type of beer, I tend to be more selective. I expect a stronger taste from Amber Ales. Gara Guzu's amber ale has an alcohol content below average. However, I don't want to be unfair since I drank this beer on its expiration date. I will need to try a fresh one as well.

Gara Guzu - Porter (Ale/Turkey)

I think I've had Gara Guzu's best beer. I haven't completed the whole series yet, but I don't think this beer will lose its leadership.
Gara Guzu's Gara was truly a beautiful beer. Gara was a Porter-style beer, but it went beyond that and gave me the taste of an Imperial Stout. It was sweet, full-bodied, and had a foamy head.
The alcohol content was 6.5%, but it felt higher when drinking it. I believe that those who love porters and stouts will enjoy it, and I will try to keep it stocked at home.
Apart from not being exactly 100% true to its porter style, I couldn't find any flaws.

Gara Guzu - Mayhoş - Sour Saison (Ale/Turkey)

From Gara Guzu, a Saison called Mayhoş. Mayhoş may be a correct description, but it's not really a Saison. However, its taste is not as bad as Red Ales. It resulted in a combination of Sour and Saison ale flavors.
Although I poured it into the glass, there was no head at all on the beer.
If you're looking for different flavors in beer, it can be tried.

Gara Guzu - Red Ale - Flavored Ale (Turkey)

Another Ale from Gara Guzu, Red Ale.
Honestly, this beer is usually one of the limited types given out experimentally in the market. There was very little head, it took about 10 seconds to settle to the state shown in the picture. The color of the beer had a redness that wouldn't be found in a Red Ale. When I tasted it, I got a foreign taste. Then, when I looked at the bottle, I understood the reason for the artificial reddishness and the different taste, beetroot. Red Ale doesn't really have the expected taste. It's kind of a word play. Red Ale can also be called a Tricky Corner.

Gara Guzu - 4C IPA - American IPA (Ale/Turkey)

The other IPA that does justice to Gara Guzu, 4C IPA. One of the best IPAs produced in Turkey.
It takes its name from the 4 different hops starting with the letter C, Columbus, Chinook, Centennial, and Cascade.
It has a nice aroma. I got a slightly dizzy taste with the first sip. As you drink, you can almost separately feel the taste and aroma of the hops that have been added. The alcohol content is also at the right level. I was a bit disappointed with the Summer IPA, but this IPA is quite good.

Gara Guzu - Summer IPA - IPA (Ale/Turkey)

A nice IPA with a good head and a pleasant aroma. The taste is good, light, and as the name suggests, an ideal IPA for summer.
