Ourdaller - Karel - Rye Ale (Luxembourg)

Brasserie Simon's another brand is Ourdaller. Karel is the rye beer of Ourdaller. It is made by combining barley and organic rye malt from Luxembourg.
Karel was a bit too fizzy. After the fizziness settled down, I could taste it better. It is a beer with very light flavors, reminiscent of a wheat beer.

Ourdaller - Wëllen - Amber Ale (Luxembourg)

One of the other beers I tried from Ourdaller was Wëllen.
Unfortunately, because I drank the beer too cold, I didn't fully taste it until about halfway through the glass.
Here, I want to talk about the importance of the temperature at which beer is consumed. Actually, each beer has an ideal drinking temperature. Sometimes this is indicated on the bottle. While most beers are enjoyed at around 4-5 degrees Celsius, for example, Belgian quadrupel beers reach their true flavors at 10-15 degrees.
I think Wëllen was an Amber Ale. I tasted roasted malt and a hint of caramel. It was a nice beer.

Ourdaller - Hanna - Hemp Ale (Luxembourg)

A hemp beer from Luxembourg, Hanna by Ourdaller.
Ourdaller is a boutique beer producer in Luxembourg. These types of producers don't even have proper websites or Instagram accounts.
Hanna is a "hoppy" beer. It really gives the taste of hemp. It has a color close to amber.
I think it's a nice experiment, a beer with personality.
I really liked this beer, it has a unique character.
