Summit Brewing - Lake Crusher - Kölsch (Ale/USA)

The last summer beer once again comes from Summit Brewing Company in Minnesota, producing Lake Crusher. With over 10,000 lakes in Minnesota and state popular for lake activities, this beer is crafted as a nod to those who head to the lakes during the summer. It's a mandarin-flavored kölsch.
Although I really like this beer, I can't taste the mandarin. Perhaps that's partly why I enjoy it. Even if the mandarin flavor hasn't infused the beer, it seems to have contributed to its refreshing quality, making for a great summer brew.

Summit Brewing - Cabin Crusher - Kölsch (Ale/USA)

A summer beer produced by Summit Brewing Company from Minnesota, Cabin Crusher.
Cabin actually means "summer house" in Turkish. When the weather gets hot, Minnesotans go to their wooden houses in the north and spend their weekends or a few weeks of summer there. This beer is dedicated to summer house residents as a summer beer.
Honestly, lemon flavor doesn't go bad with light beers. In addition to the lemon aroma, this beer also uses hops that give a lemon taste.
So, it was a good beer as a summer beer.

Summit Brewing - Oktoberfest - Märzen (Lager/USA)

Next up is Märzen style Oktoberfest beer produced by Summit Brewing Company from Minnesota. Although Märzen is no longer used as the German Oktoberfest beer, it continues to be sold as Oktoberfest beer in America due to its more complex character.
Summit Oktoberfest is generally an average Märzen, I think it has more malt character and caramel flavor than it should be.

Summit Brewing - Extra Pale Ale - English Pale Ale (USA)

Summit, one of the first craft breweries in Minnesota, was founded in 1986. Although it is still considered a craft brewery today, it has a significant production capacity.
Extra Pale Ale is Summit's first beer ever produced and still the most well-known and best-selling one. When it was first released, it probably introduced a new taste, but over the past 35 years, with the evolution of beer styles, it now seems like a beer that shows its age.
This beer, which is also easy to drink, sets itself apart from conventional lagers with its light caramel and citrus flavors.

Summit Brewing - Triumphant - Session IPA (Ale/USA)

Session IPA is one of the newly emerging types of IPAs. It is lower in alcohol and calories compared to regular IPAs. It is prepared for easy and enjoyable consumption while still capturing the bitterness of an IPA.
Triumphant Session IPA is a good example of it. Ideal for those who find regular IPAs heavy.
