Another German wheat beer. The difference with this beer from other wheat beers is that it's filtered. I think the filtration process also removes some of the flavors. It's not as rich a beer as Schneider Weisse's other one I tried, Aventinus. After Weihenstephaner, plain wheat beers don't tend to offer a surprise in taste. This was still a nice beer, but there was nothing unexpected about it.
