Toppling Goliath Brewing - Radiant Haze - Hazy IPA (Ale/USA)

It has resulted from a collaboration between Toppling Goliath and Radiant Brewing. The beer used Citra, Mosaic, and Strata hops.
The resulting beer is almost perfect. It has a bitterness, but the flavors of the hops are beautifully transformed into fruit aromas. You can taste citrus and mango flavors without distinguishing them from their real counterparts.
It was one of the best beers I've had in a while.

Toppling Goliath Brewing - Pompeii - IPA (Ale/USA)

3rd beer from Toppling Goliath from Iowa, Pompeii. Pompeii is an IPA made using Mosaic hops. Toppling Goliath has successfully managed to give this beer very nice flavors. You can perceive citrus notes in the aroma and mango and pineapple in the taste. As it should be, it is a medium-bodied beer. Even though it is an IPA, I don't feel its bitterness due to the amazing aromas it gives, so it has a strong New England IPA character. It was another wonderful beer.

Toppling Goliath Brewing - King Sue - Double IPA (Ale/USA)

Toppling Goliath was established in Iowa in 2009. This brewery, which has over 200 beer varieties, has also won numerous awards.
Just as with Lupulin's Pale Ale, a different description has been made for this beer. King Sue is a Double IPA but in fact it's a NEIPA (New England IPA). King Sue might even be categorically undefined as a beer. When you pour it into a glass and smell it, you start to get citrusy scents. When you drink it, you might even mistake it for a cocktail made with orange, pineapple, and mango. Lupulin has managed to achieve this taste using Citra hops. It's a truly excellent beer.

Toppling Goliath Brewing - Pseudo Sue - Pale Ale (USA)

Toppling Goliath was founded in our neighboring state of Iowa in 2009 and is a brewery with over 200 beer varieties and numerous awards.
Pseudo Sue is defined as a Pale Ale, but compared to other Pale Ales, I think they are being very modest. What Pale Ale have I never tried before?
Pseudo Sue is a beer that lowers your expectations by calling itself a Pale Ale, but surprises you with its taste once you try it. Firstly, this beer is hazy, meaning it is unfiltered, resembling Hazy IPAs in that regard. Its taste is not very different from a Hazy IPA either. It beautifully presents citrus and mango flavors, while being modest in its boldness and having an amazing harmony with the beer's texture.
Once again, I highly recommend this beer for every beer lover.

Southern Tier Brewing - Pumking - Imperial Pumpkin Ale (USA)

Southern Tier was founded in a village in the southwest end of the state of New York in 2001. A brewery that had previously gone unnoticed by me.
Pumking is a high-alcohol beer. Among the three pumpkin beers, this one gives the most pumpkin flavor. However, the problem with this beer is that it gives me an artificial sweetener taste. The beer contains flavors of cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, and vanilla. I guess some or all of these flavors are artificial and have altered the taste of the beer.
It's a beer that receives high ratings, but the artificial aroma has made the taste of the beer unpleasant for me.

Samuel Adams - Jack-O - Pumpkin Ale (USA)

Samuel Adams is a brand of the Boston Beer Company. Primarily known as "Sam Adams" and founded in 1984, this brewery initially started as a true craft brewery but is now the second-largest craft brewer and the ninth-largest brewer in the United States. Jack-O is the name given to pumpkins carved during Halloween.
Jack-O is a beer where you can taste the pumpkin flavor more predominantly. It also contains cinnamon and nutmeg. I can even say that the cinnamon aroma stands out even more. However, the flavors are natural and well-balanced. It is a beer that perfectly captures the essence of the season.

Brooklyn Brewery - Post Road - Pumpkin Ale (USA)

Brooklyn Brewery was founded in 1988 in Brooklyn, New York by an American and his friend who used to brew beer at home in Saudi Arabia. Brooklyn, which used to be one of the centers of beer production 100 years ago, returned to beer production with Brooklyn Brewery.
Pumpkin ales appear in America at the end of summer and disappear before winter. They are available in the market with the yellowing of leaves, the ripening of pumpkins, and Halloween. I also bought a few pumpkin beers for tasting. The first of these is Post Road.
If I were to mix it with a joke, Post Road is a beer that doesn't give a pumpkin taste. It's a nice ale, but you can only faintly detect the pumpkin aroma. This is not bad for someone like me who doesn't like outside aromas in beer, but it can disappoint you if you are looking for a pumpkin taste.
Overall, it is a good beer but it doesn't have the pumpkin taste you are looking for.
